At TUBBZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
